Flax inspector A.LEVSHEV working out of post 18 at a port of the Baltic Sea coast in 1796 .. the Grower/Owner/Agent initials are LIW and grade is 12K .. 12 Crown grade heads to a bale ... (by 1799 the grade for LIW had dropped to 9K) . this seal will go on the database at IDS 535 on:- The PeaceHavens Project, Free Identification Service
