Hemp inspector ?SEDOV working out of 84 post on the Baltic Sea coast in 1788 (Perhaps in St Petersburg or Narva, Memel, Tilsit, Konigsberg, Liebau, Reval or Riga ..(probably under licence to St Petersburg)
The Grower/Owner/Agent initials are ГФ (GF) with best quality Rein Hemp in the bale.
