Hemp inspector A;LOTYSHEV working out of 140 post on the Baltic Sea coast in 1792 (Perhaps in St Petersburg or Narva, Memel, Tilsit, Konigsberg, Liebau, Reval or Riga ..(probably under licence to St Petersburg but the SPB here may just indicate that the contents of the bale are hemp)
The Grower/Owner/Agent initials are DH with Pass quality Hemp.
