Hemp inspector M.BUSHEV working out of 165 post in the port of Konigsberg, Kronstadt, Libnau, Memel, Narva, Pernau, Reval, Riga, St Petersburg, or Tilsit in the year 1808. All of these ports used SPB for their hemp seals before year 1829. and the Grower/Owner/Agent initials are EC with good quality Rein Hemp plants in the bale.
