Flax Inspector Ya.GRUDINI(N0 working out of number 111 post in the port of Konigsberg, Kronstadt, Libnau, Memel, Narva, Pernau, Reval, Riga, St Petersburg, or Tilsit in the year 1821. All of these ports used NP for their flax seals before the year 1829. The Grower/Owner/Agent initials are ИЧ (I Ch) with 12 flax plants in the bale. See ref IDS 989 on The PeaceHavens Project."
