Not a Seal, Pommel or Toggle, Image by StuE, Found by PWS
Found in Colchester region.
The cross hatching extends to both sides but has mostly been worn off from the side that appears to have a seam down it. It could the pommel from a knife or some other implement or maybe a toggle.
