Ornate ligature fleurs-de-lis to sides // crown
A very unusual seal. Not a bulla type or a rivet cloth seal. One-piece, flat cast with two holes in projecting tag where the attachment cord presumably went.
Another example is recorded as PAS SWYOR-485032, which dates it 17th/early 18th-century.
