Undecipherable stamp // Arms of England (on rivet stump)

A cloth seal rivet probably from an alnage seal as it shows a section of the Royal Arms of England. Appears to be three lions and three fleurs-de-lis in diagonally opposed quadrants so Elizabeth I back to Henry IV. Probably from the reign of Elizabeth I.
