From the finder, "KKHZA WIEN 44 with Austro Hungarian coat of arms on the reverse. Diameter 17 mm, width 5 mm. Abbreviation is Kaiserlich Königlich Haupt Zoll Amt, that means Imperial Royal Main Customs Office."
