Colonnade // missing but rivet stub shows Star of David with dotted border.

From Michel Royer, "I do not think it is a colonnade but the representation of the grill of Saint Laurent. It would be necessary to find a city to associate with coats of arms having this grill.

2 German cities have a grill in their coat of arms:
Glücksburg (Ostsee) with the grill handle at the bottom
Wald-Michelbach with the handle up
There are also many German coats of arms with Saint-Laurent carrying the grill, see a lion also carrying a grill. It is therefore difficult to make an attribution without having read the circular legend."
