TS ligature in double circle border of line and rope // blank
Probably the seal of a cloth worker of some type whose initials are ST or TS. TS is more likely if this is the same ligature as seen on See No.230, Fig.31, Geoff Egan,Lead cloth seals and related items in the B.M. (B.M.occ.papers 93). Egan also connects this to an alnager's ligature on No.21, Fig.11. It is incomplete on that examples but he states that it can be restored from other examples.
