Shield per fess in chief lions rampant quarterly in base a pale, pellets above and to sides of shield, RO...DAM inscription around // missing, weave imprint
The arms are those of the Dutch city of Rotterdam.
Same type of seal as UKDFD Ref. No. - 6410 "One disc only of a two-disc lead cloth seal of Rotterdam. The seal bears the city's arms and name, and dates to the 16th or 17th century."
