Double disc cloth seal showing coat of arms on one side, probably that of Rotterdam, and on the other the letter R or B at the centre with indistinct motif around.
The features of the arms are a match for those of Rotterdam.
This seal falls apart revealing a distinct weave pattern from the cloth it was attached to.
