Found in Yorkshire, 38 x 10mm, 7.8g.

A tag form of seal consisting of two lead strips riveted together at one end. One side shows B47 the other L30 followed by 3 above 4. All the figures have been stamped individually with a rectangular stamp leaving the figures raised inside the square indentation.
Possibly a modern cloth searcher / inspector's seal.
