Crown over Lombardic F, legend around // blank

A two disc seal with crowned F signifying faulty cloth. The Lombardic inscription would have probably indicated the county. See Nos.56-60 in Egan, G., Cloth Seals, p.43-86 in Salisbury & South Wiltshire Museum Medieval Catalogue, Part 3, ed. Peter Saunders, 2001.
