Found in the Netherlands, diameter 25mm.
"20120730(1600) Martijn Schaftenaar_004: shows a stamp with the text “ DUBBEL VERWE” meaning double colored (probably blue and black. Blue was a compulsory basic color on which black was painted). Also DD was mentioned in the stamp, meaning double thin (referring to the density of the cloth)."
