A complete four part searcher's alnage seal showing disc 1 - rivet base broken through, disc 2 - blank, disc 3 - L / XVIII, disc 4 - (S?)*R / WILLI[AM] / TAP... / letters or patterning

The Roman numerals probably refer to the length of the cloth - 68 yards or the L may just be for length and it is 18 yards.
