Cloth Seal, Czech, Jihlava?

Cloth Seal, Czech, Jihlava?, Image & Found by Mlýnek Karel.
Found near city Znojmo/Znaim, Czech Republic, 18mm.

12 stamped, scratched counting mark with 3 holes* // IGL monogram in circular border

*Indicates 28 3/4 aunes - length of cloth (see Euro-Plombs "3 – Les indications de tailles exprimees grace au systeme des batons et globules.") See BSG.CS.01028 & BSG.CS.01517 for other examples of this system, the latter with deep 'hole' dots on the horizontal lines as with this seal. See p.52, Fig.81, Oostveen, J. van, 2017, Textielloden uit de bodem van Rotterdam, for a Leiden seal with the same scratched counting mark. See BSG.CS.01660 for an example where the system has been formalised into a secondary stamp.

From the finder, "IGL, Jihlava/IGL".

From Wikipedia Jihlava, "The city's German name, Iglau, is derived from the German word for hedgehog, Igel, hence the hedgehog on the coat of arms."

IGL is presumed to represent Iglau.

BSG.CS.01028 is probably a parallel - found in Portugal!
