Found in Norfolk, 20mm.

An interestingly marked cloth seal that is frustratingly sparse in its markings. Could be an ornate shield with letters in its four quadrants. The bottom two are S and probably D. Below all this could be numbers 2 and 7 ?

Possibly a searcher's seal.
