Found on the Thames foreshore.

Complete four part alnage seal, shield with chevron bearing three mullets, two havettes with mullet between in chief and on the other inner-disc the arms of England.

The arms on shield are similar to the London Clothworkers Guild (see The Clothworkers' Company) Havettes also known as habicks are the flexible double-ended hooks used to attach cloths which are being finished to the padded shearing bench.

Another similar seal has been found in Kent
