The arms cannot be seen clearly but should be sufficient to make a positive ID if the correct arms can be found for comparison.

At first glance the seal appears to be a single bi-faced disc of the bulla type but closer examination shows two rivet heads on the privy marked side corresponding to where the H and L are. The spike is probably all that remains of the connecting strip.
