This is found in genealogical information (quotes as witness in 1905).
'Cornelis Adrianus Wiercx, residing in Woudrichem (Holland), fishmonger by profession' see the link.
Lead fish, would seem to attest the trade of this one and the lower part of the circular legend is certainly the name of the city of "Woudrichem)", that seems to correspond. See openarchives genealogical data of Dutch and Belgian archives"
