Two inner discs of a four disc alnage seal showing Crowned thistle with 1 to side all in a rayed circle and the other disc showing a bust.

Looks very similar to No.191 Fig.28 in Geoff Egan , 'Lead cloth seals and related items in the B.M. (B.M.occ.papers 93)' The other side compares well to the bust of James II shown on No.137 Fig.27.
