At the centre of the first side is a crown with writing curved around it - ONT(RE?)LLEN. ? and more undecipherable letters after. The other side has unclear lettering around the outer border -EN-(A?)-N
It has been included with the customs seals based on its overall style.
From Paul Cannon, "I am fairly sure that this is another Copenhagen seeds seal 1) KØBENHAVN.?. 2) STATSFRØKONTROLLEN around Danish crown see BSG.BS.00442 and Euro-Plombs. The Europlombs site is in French and the inscription on the seal is particularly clear suggesting a reading of STATSFRØKONTROLLEN."
