French, Engrais Ceres, Fertiliser Bag Seal (Griffin, Morris, & Griffin)

Engrais Ceres Fertilizer Bag Seal, Griffin, Morris, & Griffin, Image & Found by Kris.
Found within 10 miles from Gloucester city centre, 23mm X 21mm and weighs 12.4g.

Both sides have the same markings - A circle border with ENGRAIS curved downward around the top (French for fertiliser) and CERES curved upward around the bottom with a five pointed star separating the beginning and end of both words. In the centre is a device that could be a stylized plant?

Possibly the fertiliser bag seal of a French company naming itself after the Roman god of agriculture?

From Michel Royer, "it is the registered trademark "CERES" of an English firm, "WOLVERHAMPTON NEWPORT MORRIS GRIFFIN (DUFOURCET LOGEAT CONCESSIONNAIRE for France), complete fertilizer for several plants"
