Italian, Tagged 6 Seal

Unusual seals with tags at the top showing a number both sides, 6 on this one. On the main body is a rectangular recess containing straight line markings. There is also a small cicular indent, probably a stamp to one side. The other side has letters circling the edge but only O? and G? are visible.
