Third line - 1812 = date of assessment.
Second side:-
First line- Л:Д = LD = l'nyanoy dosmotr = Flax Inspection.
Second & Third line - ЕКОБ = E KOB / ?ОВЬ = ?OV' name of quality control officer.
Fourth line - H65 = N 65, number of work station used by QA officer.
