Flax Inspector S.SHIRYAEV working out of 68 post at St Petersburg, or perhaps Riga, Port Narva, Reval, Pernau, Libnau, or Memel on the Baltic Sea Coast in 1830 . .. The Grower/Owner/Agent initials are MC (MS) and it is 2nd grade flax.
