From the finder, "THO + THEA+(1)676 or 616) which has a strange structure with a XXX bar. I also have one with the same structure with a XXX bar and a tekst "SEARCHED" , so they must be English."

Appears to be a two-disc rivet seal with a T-bar joined to the rivet disc.
