Cloth Seal, Dutch, Haarlem

Cloth Seal, Haarlem, Image & Found by PaulR.
Its roughly 25mm across and was found in Andover Hampshire.

I am speculating that this is from the Low Countries as the 20 (which defines the length of the cloth it was attached to) is very similar to that found on Harlem and Leiden seals.

It is Haarlem indeed, a crown above the shield. In the shield you can see a sword and 6 stars (3 on each side)
