Russian Flax or Hemp quality control seal.
First side:-
First line - NP = unknown initials.*
Second line - CFK12K = initials and numerals indicating the content of the bales.
Third line - 1788 = date of assessment.
Second side:-
First line- ?Д = ?D = ? dosmotr = ? Inspection.
Second & Third line - illegible : OHИH(H?) = ONIN(N?) name of quality control officer.
Fourth line - H76 = N76 = number of work station used by QA officer.
