Flax Inspector L.VOLKOV working out of number 10 post in the port of Konigsberg, Kronstadt, Libnau, Memel, Narva, Pernau, Reval, Riga, St Petersburg, or Tilsit in the year 1834
. All of these ports used SPB for their flax seals after the year 1828
The Grower/Owner/Agent initials are PK with second grade flax plants plants in the bale.
