Found in the Oudenaarde region, East Flanders, Belgium, 20mm, 4.3g.

XX with pellet above // missing but fragment of stamp on rivet stub (cloth weave imprint on reverse of rivet disc)

The pellet above XX is suggestive of cloth seals from Amersfoort, see BSG.CS.00090. Unfortunately the fragment of the stamp on the rivet stub is insufficient to be sure of it being part of the usual arms of Amersfoort.
