"It has a diameter of approx 15mm and was found in Stirlingshire, Scotland."

From the finder, "It says FLOR MEEL on one side.
On the other side it says DAMP in the middle with a picture above it of what I think is a beehive with bees swarming around it? Around the edge it says CHRISTIANSHAVEN and the word MOLLE (= mill)."

"Christianshavn is an artificial island neighbourhood located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
It was King Christian IV (1577-1648 - ruled Denmark and Norway 1588-1648) - who was called the great builder of Copenhagen that took the initiative to found Christianshavn and its canals from 1617 to 1622. The two main reasons were partly to protect the fleet of the Royal Danish Navy - which was docked at the harbour entrance called “Holmen” and to increase trading with merchants from abroad to levy extra tolls from their ships passing through the narrow strait between Sealand and the Isle of Amager."

See Lille Mølle, Christianshavn, "The old windmill was replaced by a Dutch smock mill erected in 1783. In 1832 the complex was expanded with a four-story steam mill. Together the two mills acted as a grain mill, supplying the citizens of Copenhagen with flour. At the end of the 19th century the mill cap was disassembled and for a while the mill was used by the military for storing straw needed for some nearby barracks, both as fodder for the horses and bedding for the soldiers whose mattresses needed an occasional refill. In 1909 the steam mill was put out of operation."
