Identified by Steen Agersø, "Salt tax seal of Bernburg. H. S. ST. A. BERNBURG. Most likely short for "Haupt-Salz-Steuer-Amt Bernburg". (Main-Salt-Tax-Bureau Bernburg) The crowned bear would be related to the land of Anhalt or maybe Berlin."
