A Slovenian hop seal from the era when it was part of Yugoslavia. Hmelj is Slovenian for hop.

This one reads one side, JUZNO (south) B.H.K. JUGOSLAVIJA. Other side incomplete reading could be ??RMELS STAJERSKI SAVDOL.
