First line - N:P = unknown initials.* 
Second line - I-P12K = initials and numerals indicating the content of the bales. 
Third line - 17(8?)0 = date of assessment. 
 
Second side:- 
First line- (Л?)Д = (L?)D = (l'nyanoy?) dosmotr = (Flax?) Inspection. 
Second & Third line - С.ДЕМ = S.DyeM : Ь?НОB = ?IOV name of quality control officer, closest match is S.Dem'yanov, 1806, CUPMS:1999.56.14, see App.7.3*. 
Fourth line - ?1? = number of work station used by QA officer.
