Found in Yorkshire, 18mm, 3.0g.
A Norwich cloth seal with the letters in a well known style:- NO / RWI / CH on one side and the other side shows the initials of the wardens of Norwich for that particular year but in this case only the top of the rivet is left with C? and parts of two other letters remaining.
