24 (1/2) scratched // privy mark T W to sides &Co incorporated below
If the scratched number is 24 1/2 then it is probably the length of the cloth in yards, if it is 241 or 291 then it is more probably an order number. Either way the inclusion of & Co suggest a clothier's seal.
