The German Kalisyndikat GmbH (short: Kalisyndikat) was a German economic cartel of Kali -Industrie. It was founded in 1904 and reformed due to a change in the law in 1910 and later in 1925. The roots reach almost 30 years back to 1890, when in Staßfurt - Leopold Hall, the birthplace of potash mining in Germany, founded "German Kalisyndikat" (see BSG.BS.00799). The syndicate's HQ was there until 1910 before it was relocated to Berlin where this seal is from. See Wikipedia.
