From the Euro-Plomb example:-
Obverse: inside a circle, circular inscription ". LARRAN . SAINT-JEAN" around "&" in the center.

Reverse: inside a circle, circular inscription "CYLINDRES barre decorative" around "000" in the center.

Mill seal lead for "000" quality flour from the Larran & Saint-Jean roller mill. The mill was located in Cauneilles-les-Peyrehorade in the Landes. Lead from the end of the 19th or the beginning of the 20th century.
