T I // P E (distinctive crosses & stripes on the connecting strip)

From the finder, "initials ? from a craftsman ? ... I suppose that both lead seals came from the same mould, this can be seen on the bridge between the 2 discs*, they both have the same decoration of stripes and crosses."
