Croatian Seal, TIC

TIC Bag Seal, Image & Found by Bilox.
Found in Croatia near Vincovci, large disc 20mm, small disc 11mm, 20.1g.

A seal with a large and small lobe. The number 8 is on the small lobe and (T?)IC and S.H.S. with further illegible writing around it is on the one side of the lager lobe. The other side has the figure 22 in a circular depression and more unreadable letters around the depression.
