Italian, Customs, Royal Italian Customs Seal

Italian Customs Seal, Image by StuE, Found by Quozzy.
Found in Germany, 12mm, 11.0g.

One side has beaded and ringed border with obscured coat of arms. The other side has a crimped border with a word curved over the top R?????ANA and two lines beneath - Di / ?ATEZZA with a five pointed star below.

Information kindly supplied by Giovanni Moschella, "It's a seal from the Royal Italian Customs (1861-1945), and the shield on its obverse side it's the coat of arms of the italian kingdom. In particular, the fasces on its sides are dating it during Mussolini's dictatorship (1922-1942), most probably in the 30s. Here's an image for comparison: IMAGE.
The writings on the reverse side are most probably "R. DOGANA DI ?ATEZZA" (Royal Customs of ?Atezza), where "?ATEZZA" is the name of the city where the customs offices who issued the seal were located."
