Probably found in the Netherlands, Diameter 22mm.
Arms of Amersfoort (Crowned shield displaying cross) in border of pellets linking with the crown, inscription around AM(ERS)FOOR(T). Other side G:L over .B.
"Amersfoort (bombazine) Cloth seals from A’foort mostly show the length of the cloth (20 el and in some cases 25 el), it’s unknown to me what GLB means, a guess:- “Goede Lengte Bevonden” (established a good length?)."
