Small seal with VII / VIIII on one side.

Probably an incomplete alnage searcher's seal but also a slight possibility of being a Roman seal; the size and shape is right but the use of IIII rather than IV mitigates against this.

Roman numerals were frequently used on cloth seals to denote length and weight.
