Flax inspector LEBEDEV working out of 2 post on the Baltic Sea coast in 1780 (Perhaps in St Petersburg or Narva, Memel, Tilsit, Konigsberg, Liebau, Reval or Riga ..(NP probably under licence to Riga)
The Grower/Owner/Agent initials are ?? and the bale contained 12K crown quality flax plants ...
H2 is a new number post for Lebedev .. ..
