(LILLE?) in Lombardic script / shield bearing a large fleur-de-lis // double-headed eagle displayed
Cloth seals from Lille more usually have a lion rampant, fleur-de-lis or Roman numerals on the other side. The double-headed eagle may be connected to dying practices as in the Netherlands.
