French, Marseille Seal

Marseille Seal, Image & Found by Lancastrian.
Found in the Yorks / Lancs border area.

Seal with MARSEILLE around the edge of one side with another word or more above it and a small daisy in the centre. The opposite side has what could be a tree or fountain in the centre and writting around it - DEPOSE ?
