Found in Yorkshire, 19.6mm diameter, 4.4mm thick, 9.83gm.

From Ged Dodd, "This is a Baltic States cross quartered shield with 5/5/-/- pellets c.1800 the Grower/Owner or Agent in Russia had the initlals WLT and the grade was 12B .. 12 (Bracked) inspected plants to a bale .. this seal will go on the database at IDS 530 on The PeaceHavens Project.
This could have originated in any one of these Baltic Sea ports. St Petersburg, Kronstadt, Riga, Reval, Pernau, Libau or Narva."
